I want to take this opportunity to introduce my company I am based in the very North of Thailand in the very historical city of Chiang Mai.I have recently started an export company, with the view to exporting Thai handicrafts all over the world. I am still in the early stages of my company, and currently setting up my website, therefore I have a Facebook page where any prospective customers can peruse my wares. My catalogue includes Asian style antique furniture i.e. cabinets, tables, picture frames etc. I have been very fortunate to discover a handicrafts workshop
in a village outside of Chiang Mai, whose owner is willing to allow me to use as my workshop, with her work force, so my overheads are very low!

We also manufacture Stand alone tables coffee tables with a carving under the surface and then covered by a glass top,Handmade craved frames for mirrors, photos and pictures, wall hung plaques depicting Buddha images, elephants, village life, etc, and ornamental boxes for tissues, rubbish bins or just plan old bits n pieces boxes. On top of all this we also make various figurines, such as Asian ladies, cats, elephants, bangles, wind chimes, etc the list goes on and on.

Please feel free to take a look at my Facebook page Chiang Mai Handicrafts Asia and see if there is anything that interests you, and please email (address at bottom of page) me on any concerns you have about any of my products, i.e. prices, sizes, shipping costs, etc. I am sure there is something out there that is of interest to you, if its not listed here, please don't hesitate to drop me an email or even call me, I am open to ideas and don't really know the western market anymore, so your input would be of great help to me also.

We make various cabinets from Asian wood, Teak and a mix of monkey wood which is more easier to manipulate when carvingthe doors and the wood is lighter, we like to call our products reproduction cabinets because the look and feel is of a era some time back. We can also make anything from your design ideas, and within reasonable design specifications, this does take time as you can imagine as we give the job to our master craftsman/woman and he/she also has to run our busy factory workshop.

I am also looking to export Thai style silk, once again I have been lucky to have found a small factory that is already making silk goods for export to Denmark and Europe, and yet again the Thai owner has allowed me to make my goods using her facilities and staff, this again allows me to pass on more savings to my customers by cutting my overheads. Some of our favourite Thai style silk items we export are,Japanese Kimono’s, men’s boxer shorts, ladies sleeveless blouses, pure silk scarves, gentlemen’s tie’s, gentlemen’s shirts, 6 piece King size bed linen, again the list goes on and on, we are always on the lookout for more products from different suppliers. We are about to add gentlemen’s wallets, made of Stingray skin, crocodile skin, etc, but weare currently talking with the supplier for these goods.

So even if you are a one time buyer, or looking for that special Christmas gift or even a wholesaler/market trader, have a look at my Facebook page, and leave an email address so I can send you my website when its up and running.
